Equipment classes are limited to 6 people per class. Please note if you haven’t done equipment Pilates before, you will typically need to attend 4 one-on-one sessions with a Physio before joining the group class.
Restore your balance
Pilates is a whole-body approach to exercise, aimed at re-educating the body and giving you the skills needed to gain flexibility, strength and efficiency when moving. It is a fantastic form of exercise when recovering from injury and/or surgery and is appropriate for all ages. Our studio is upstairs so you do need to be able to climb the stairs to access the facilities.
Our Clinical Pilates classes are designed to work alongside or independent of your physiotherapy sessions. All our classes are led by a physiotherapist, so you can be assured you’ll get the right attention and the best results. Classes are limited to 6 participants and take 45-minutes.
Please note if you haven’t done equipment Pilates before, you will typically need 3-4 one-on-one sessions before joining the group class. These can be booked as a Physio 45-minute initial and 3 x 30-minute follow up sessions on the online booking system or emailing the instructor of the class.

If our times don’t suit or you prefer smaller classes then an alternative is a private session, either ‘one-on-one’ – with the physio or ‘two-on-one’ – with a friend or partner. Private classes can be weekly or fortnightly.
