Pilates is a whole-body approach to exercise, aimed at re-educating the body and giving you the skills needed to gain flexibility, strength and efficiency when moving.

We run a range of Pilates classes designed to work alongside or independent of your physiotherapy sessions. All our classes are led by a physiotherapist, so you can be assured you’ll get the right attention and the best results.

Classes

Mat Pilates

Mat classes are our most popular. We teach mat-based exercises that can be replicated at home. We use a variety of rollers, TheraBands and balls in class, all of which can also be purchased from the clinic.

Mat Pilates classes are limited to max 15 people and we will ensure 2m physical distancing during class. These classes take place in our new studio – Pilates Evolved.

 

Memberships are only $25 per week for unlimited classes

Clinical Pilates Equipment Classes

These classes utilise specialised Pilates equipment in our custom Equipment Pilates studio upstairs at Physioevolved.

Equipment classes are limited to 4 people per class. Please note if you haven’t done equipment Pilates before, you will typically need to attend 3 one-on-one sessions with a trained instructor before joining the group class.

Reformer Classes

Reformer Classes are our newest class. These classes are a fun way to get a resistance training workout to improve full body strength and flexibility. One of the best features of the reformer is its versatility and whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete you can have a challenging work out, come and give it a go!!

 

Introductory Classes are free for the rest of the year and weekly memberships are only $45 per week for unlimited classes.

OOV CLASSES

The OOV Classes are our best kept secret.

 

Specifically designed for clients with back and neck pain or those urgently needing to improve core strength. The OOV is an innovative tool that supports the back in neutral spine, optimizing inner abdominal strength, diaphragmatic breathing and stability. Maximum 10 people per class.

These classes are perfect for anyone short on time as 30-minutes on an OOV is all you need to improve core strength and stop back and neck pain.

ACC Claims

You do not have to have a referral or existing ACC claim to see us – we can take care of that for you.

If you do have an existing ACC claim and have been seeing another Physio, you can still choose to come here. If you are uncertain whether or not your injury can be claimed under ACC, please call reception for details.
